    Can someone explain..

    Basically, they're a rare reward from a very rarely played minigame.

    They do nothing important and are not worth anything, but primarily because of people buying them out they have risen far beyond their real value.

    There is no point in having them, and will probably crash in the next few weeks or days.

    If you want a real life version of a bubble like this, read this. It explains pretty clearly the stupidity of this kind of thing =P
