New Skillcape Pictures

Discussion suggests it's some kind of music/bard related skill.
Any thoughts?

New skill! Harp playing.

 

well its a harp. harp = music. so unlocking all the music?

 

the animation is the same like when you teleport to relekka with a lyre.. and where did you get this?

yea its a nice cape, but i don't believe music playing will become a skill, and thats cool if its for the people who unlocked all the music

 

Couldn't this be a skill cape like the quest cape for unlocking all the music?

 

It's going to be released for unlocking all of the songs; similar to doing all of the quests. This isn't speculation, it's fact.

Excellent find, but most likely it will be another tedious skill that people get bored of after grinding it out the first 2 weeks.

 

It's gonna be a pain if you have to unlock all the songs =(

This will likely be the new skill due to the random musicians throughout runescape.I can't wait for it to come out!

 

Like people have said previously, it's an update for unlocking all the music tracks. It's like when you do all the quests, you get the quest cape. When you unlock all the tracks, you get the music cape.

Jagex said they were working on doing that in an update like a year ago.

 

This is VEEERY old picture, this was found before summoning and air guitar came. Very doubtful this will ever come ingame.

 

I agree with the above statement. I would guess it also has something to do with the musicians all over runescape as well.

 

I don't think jagex will strive towards this goal seeing as how they already have had the air guitar emote installed.

 

As others have said, I doubt it's a new skill, rather a music cape similar to the quest cape. There isn't really much you could do with a music skill, especially when the runescape audio is so shit.
