The current thoughts is that it's something along the lines of a Bard based skill. Bare in mind these models were created by Jagex themselves so they are/were planned to be released to the game.

 

id predict it would be charming ?

 

i think the "bard" will be a combat skill which involves use of music to kill mobs.
