How you can level up combat skills without leveling up hitpoint ? this is my question. thanks

yeah i think soul wars is the only way... penguin hide and seek also works if you use your points in combat skills

 

Prayer, summoning and alching will also get you combat levels without hitpoints levels. But if you mean just leveling attack, defence and strength then soulwars is the way to go.

hm yeah wt every1 els had sed or jsut make a summoning tank, its fun and they own but soul wars + ph&s os the way.

 

Soul Wars would be the best option for you.

 

There no possible easy way to get your combat up in F2P unless you get members;bury bones.
