Need help with hacked account ;/

Ok so about 5-6 months ago i bought an account of someone.
He gave me all info and it was all legit, i sended up to 4 appeal WITHOUT recovery questions, all accepted.

Now after 5-6 months he recovered the account.
And if i send an appeal for the account, it says denied, and says i didnt give enough info to proof im orginal owner.
But it doesnt say for exemple: Wrong Member info, OR creation date, none of that.

I sended up to 8 appeals, all DENIED saying the same as ^ and the account wont even get locked or anything even trough i sended up to 8 appeals in 3 days.

Anyone knows anything how i could get the account back? or why my appeals are denied, what he did?

If Your Email Is On The Account,When You Go TO Appeal Type In Ur Email,They Will Send You A Update Thing,Click Lock My Account,i Have been hacked.

 

My email isnt on the account, since u can delete it with just going to unsubrice or what ever its called

 

You Cant,If its changed you get a email still,if you want to you can just USE ALL INFO,including talking about ur ip,and hope you get it back.

 

I setted my own mail on it, but it wont get mails now anymore, because he deleted it
and i used all my info that i got from him AND info from myself, like my membership info wich i also used, but it still denies :/

 

You most likely won't get it back. This is why you don't buy runescape accounts.

 

i think its because he has the oldest info, so Jagex knows hes original owner, he probably didn't give you the "oldest" info he had to give

ps: i didn't quite understand but, he didn't give you any recovery questions? because you appealed without any recovs?

 

This is the real problem with buying rs accounts, and why I recommend staying away from them.

He has the i.p of creation, and all the info.

Your only hope is providing good billing information and having an email attached to the account.

But i do got full CC member ship info from him,

But i dont get why it accepted 4 times in a row before, and now it denies :S

 

He probably gave you newer info which was enough to recover the account a few times, but kept the original password and other important creation details to himself.

Unfortunately, you most likely won't get the account back.

didnt u put ur own recovery questions on it?

 

ive recovered my acc using 3 previous passwords, zip code, and isp, thats it. Original owner can always recover.

 

recovs get deleted after someone recovs it through stolen acc.

and yeah all the above are right, he most likely knew that you would do stuff on acc and he will get his benifits out of it.

Like it says above it is really difficult to out appeal the original owner due to their IP.
