Hi, we would like to first apologize for the trouble we have caused in creating discord with a very similar style. Our similarities are due to working over at the Pvm Service for over a year as a worker/manager. We have become very accustomed to their style of layout due to navigating through it as a manager. We have taken down all work that is similar to theirs to best differentiate my discord from theirs as a result. At the time we felt that the ToS was not a copy & paste because we had looked at many servers and had taken ideas from all across rs discords. We had implemented them each to the top. We have changed it due to Niki's Request and made our own unique style of Tos to try our best to make up for the trouble we have given him and the rest of Sythe. If we had been given the chance to correct this mistake instead of a case being created immediately after his DMS to us. We wouldn't have to involve unrelated parties in this scene. Thus as a result we have to explain our mindset, our experience, and the resource that we currently have at our disposal to better explain the situation. The issue about discord limits you to how much of a change you can do aka styles, colors, formats. We have been using the same layout scheme/colors in our cox scouting discord so we wanted to know exactly what the issue they had with us was. In the meanwhile, we have changed all colors and layouts. We have bought from Niki&Dario scouting services server with the same layout/format and colors, So I worked with the layout for a long time it is the same layout as the prices they have at Pvm discord and I've never had an issue with them about it before. So when I asked Niki to explain what he wanted to be changed. He told me the ToS and Price Layout but wasn't very specific whether it be the color scheme or the format by the time I had sent him my reply he had told me I had asked you nicely as a friend and created a case against me. About the design, it is our first time getting a thread layout so we just followed the procedure protocol of our designer asking us what we would like he showed us past examples we told him we would like the pvm style that he made. We had filled out some question forums by him and ofc there's going to be a similarity between the two because it was made by the same Artist. We would like to keep the designer's privacy between us and a sythe mod through DMS. Of all our conversations with him, if possible.

I think you guys didn't understand the part where the report was because you guys copied word by word (everything). Not about the layout being orange and green. But you know this, since you changed all your text and not only the layouts.
