"OogaBooga" l Ban Evader l Scammer

This kid should be banned(IP'd). He scammed on his old msn, and changes his msn on his newer sythe account.He denies having his old msn, which is clearly in his older posts, and what is used on a BANNED sythe account, as well as a scammer report.
Here is more than enough evidence.
