76king; Is it dead?

Is 76king dead? I just tryed it for the first time. Both accounts had 100% EP and I only got 98k loot. Any tips on how to get better loot or is 76king dead?

 

You can't just do it between 2 people, you beed to get 3 people + and do it like a triangle coz of the pvp update involving killing someone who just killed you etc etc.

 

Im using duel logging accounts so I'm killing the same person over and over again without dying. Will that effect the loot?

 

that will decrease in the value of the loot you get
you have to kill different person each kill to get a better drop

 

You can triangle trick, but you can't kill the same person repeatedly and expect a good drop (unless it's a target) triangle tricking is where you have 3 players, make sure nobody has killed anyone with a risk. Player A kills player C. Player C kills player B. Player B kills player A. You can only get one trick per group, so make/join a tricking clan and see if that works for you.

 

You'll get awful loot. Jagex updated the game to combat this exactly.

 

Yeah. Just did it again and got a fire battlestaff and an addy kite shield. Both 100% EP.

 

That's why there's been a birth of 26k/76k clans. Join one if you want to make some easy cash.

Yeah but I don't recommend triple logging as getting PJ'd is so easy

 

With everyone saying that tri-killing is the only way to go, that's not true at all. Me and my friend irl did 76k's for like 3 hours, went from 100 ep to 0 ep, both of us. Even at 0 ep and like 6 kills later my friend got a Vesta's Longsword drop. So it's still about luck, you don't have to do a tri-person killing.
