    I am looking for PayPal, or a swap.

    The account is level 106+2; meaning f2p it's combat is 106, in p2p it's combat is 108. The account has Rune Gloves from RFD, and did most major quests. It holds great PKing stats, and 1.5M. No recoveries, and it has membership.
