Surround Sound's Ban - Banned By Unb4nn3d - Proper format used.

Why the ban was unwarranted:
I did not ever scam, I made promises I could not keep and have now relented and fixed most of them.

Moderator:
Unb4nn3d temporarily banned me for a month, and then I was permanent banned.

~ I do not wish to be totally unbanned if it is not possible. I know I did something wrong in selling a leaked guide and breaking a promise. However, this should not warrant a permanent ban; rather a 2 or 4 week one.

Here’s my story:
- I have been selling two guides here on Sythe, which had been revealed to me by a long-time runescape friend, namely Legendair2. He has over 1.2B and was happy to share his money-making secrets with me.

- Shown on the thread are 25+ vouches that the method works.

- I sold a copy to Grave, promising he would make 10M in 10 hours of using it.

- After 1 hour of testing, Grave decided that he wasn’t going to make the 10M.

- I promised I would edit the guide and send him the revised copy.

- Due to my yearly exams, I couldn’t get around to it, so I threw together a new guide.

- I sent him a message on msn asking if he wanted a new guide instead. I then left my Ipod on my desk online on msn and went to school.

- When I got back, I assumed he had got the message and sent him the new guide instead. I had already sold 3-4 copies by this stage of the new guide, and I was getting great feedback; http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=725129

- He didn’t like the guide, and said he didn’t want to try it.

- I didn’t agree to refund him, as the guide did in-fact work, but he just couldn’t be bothered to try it.

- He then posted a scammer report on me: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=726385

- Unb4nn3d read the report and banned me immediately. It is also important to note that Unb4nn3d and Grave are quite good friends, and Unb4nn3d could have given Grave the benefit of the doubt.

- I was banned, and I contacted grave about it. I begged and grovelled about it to him until he actually tried the new guide for the first time. HE MADE 3.6M IN ONE HOUR.

- He then alerted me to the fact that my guide was leaked, and sent me a link to a youtube video with 15k views.

- I thanked him for alerting me and I have refunded him and 3 others that bought my guide. They have posted here:

- I find it very hard to get money in my Paypal now that I can’t trade and am trying to refund as many people as I can to make up for the fact the guide is leaked, even though people are still thanking me for the guide and telling me to make more.

This is bullshit, there's an infraction for 'Selling free things' which means selling ripped/leaked/etc. Why were you banned in the first place?

 

It was requested by Grave and then requested for him to be unbanned. Without any powers, there's nothing to do.

Please lift the ban on Surround Sound.
