Hey everybody, O2 here with a great guide on how to get EP without being attacked.

The only requirement right now is to be a Member, and to have a 99 in any stat.

If a mod wants, they can verify this guide. I'm not looking for any non-staff member to verify.

The price right now is $10. If you pay by Paypal, you will have to send the money as a gift. I won't go first unless I deem you trusted. This is up to me, and not up to you. I will also use an Official Middleman, but you have to pay all fees.
