Perm banned selling phished accounts

Hi, I'm Despite and I recently got banned for selling phished accounts, sorry I did not know that this was a rule, and even though I bought the accounts and didn't phish them, I should of read the rules about account selling I am sorry but I think perm ban is too much for not reading rules properly.

 

Sorry, we've banned people before for selling phished accounts, we don't allow it.

Also, that's like someone saying "I didn't know scamming was against the rules because I didn't read them, sorry."
