    Unb4nn3d Abuse Of Power PROOF

Ok so I was infracted with a 2 pnter a bit back because of a "too long sig" everyone agreed that it was not to long as it was just my current sig and a signature stat goal bar from draynor.net

Clearly it is within the rules. Now as for these 2 points it brought me into the 5 total infraction points giving me a 14 day ban. I would have just sucked it up not made a report and lived it out if I agreeded with the ban, HOWEVER I didn't agree with the ban at all.

Now, here is his abuse of power:

He ADMITS he can't do disputes ect...

Now here is him within less than 2 weeks from when he became moderator DENYING the infraction he gave me:

It seemed as if no one had any other time to post (mods). Clearly he was abusing his power. He needs to be demodded AGAIN. It would make 50-60% of everyone thats not a kiss ass here happy and if it isn't too much trouble i'd like my infraction to be removed.

Here is a picture of my old signature:

The size restrictions for signatures are actually listed here:
    http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=148431

If your sig exceeded 350 x 650 pixels, including text, then it was too large, and the infraction was deserved.

Sectional moderators do not get permissions in ban disputes, which means they cannot lock and move threads, or make decisions on another moderator's ban. However, they can supply information or reply to bans they issued. A global then reviews the response and locks the thread.

By the way I see this, his signature doesn't exceed the max pixels.

Thanks guys. Not to mention he locked the threat and as stated a global mod should have come in but he seemed to end it just by saying Denied. Like thats it no cigar ever!

It will be a good day when he is demodded again!

Trying to take advantage of the fact that there are multiple feedback threads in some sort of petty, childish bid to get someone demoted is pestilential bullying. Get a grip.

The global doesn't have to reply; they implicitly agreed with the decision by locking the thread and moving it into the archive.

On signature infractions, there's not much the global can do anyway: they need to see the original signature to determine whether the infraction was deserved, and they can't tell whether a signature has been edited since the infraction was issued.

If Unb4nn3d can verify that what you posted was, in fact, the signature that you had, then the infraction should be reversed. Otherwise, without proof, nothing can be done.
