I can't get a hold of the victim that I scammed, I'm willing to pay $41.46 back to him that I scammed off him. I will donate $41.46 to Sythe without getting a donator rank if that's the last resort of my DNT to be removed. I checked @SpecialGuy Sythe profile and they didn't have anything I could contact them on.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I haven't done anything besides try to make new accounts to remove the DNT. Which is evading DNT.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Back in May 22, 2018, I scammed someone for about $41.46. Which I was faking on selling an account. I told him to send half now, then I'll give him the account information, then the rest after I change my email to his. I decided to run off with the $41.46, I did lose items because he dropped them, but I'm here to pay him $41.46 back to get my DNT removal. I think Sythe should forgive me because while I didn't have DNT I started questing services for Old School RuneScape and got vouches, yes I understand that could've ended very badly, resulting me scamming more people, but now I've matured since 2018 and understand taking people's hard-earned money is not just a scummy thing to do, but very disrespectful and illegal.
