how to play
i have a level 101 account i will be giving away.and i have been trying to think of some fun things to do to give it a way. i dont know if you guys ever go to the spam forum but thheir was something called spam forum roulette. 1-9 you get banned for a few days 10 your a winner =). so i have decided to do that here but i cant ban people here soooo.you send me 50 cents via paypal you then post "roll" and then your paypal name so i know if you have payed. i will then use www.random.org to pick a random number from 1-10.if you get 10 you get the account.you can roll as many times as you want.

Such events can be done in private. My suggestion to you is to sell the account and donate the funds to Sythe. At least you'll get a Rank then. I don't really see the reason either in giving away an account to some random Sythe User.
