CnC Please.

Okay, well i've been trying to make a semi effective colourful tag (from advice from haunted), and after a few tries came up with this;

Personal thoughts are that the actual colours could be better, bottom red c4d too strong?

 

finally a tag with some colors in it,, V2 looks very good.
But i don't think the smudging fits this kind of style.

this sig would look good with some distorted effects
clone stamp tool or filter>distort>displace

experiment a little with that,, and also change the blue color on the left to red or black

 

On that note

 

v2 is better, theres a good flow. But I think the c4d looks kinda awkward and doesn't really match in. It's too vector-ish. Also, the blue on the left is too colorful. And maybe get rid of the bubbles near his head.

EDIT: As for the new version, I like the splatter brush. But for some reason the place where you deleted the blue attracts my attention which gets rid of the focus. This may be just me. It also takes away the "colors" of the tag. Don't really know how to fix that. Maybe you could try and use a gradient; the standard purple orange one. Set that layer to color and put the adjustmentlayer to low opacity. Some times that gives a nice effect. Hope to see your outcome.

v4 is the best by far.
Probably the best use of line i've seen in the last 3 months.

 

Great use of effects. The only thing I don't like is the render's placement. It's a bit too bunched in for me. It's also a bit large .
