I still don't see how this is a 'suggestion' for the website. You can't force everyone to only accept eBay gift certificates and not PayPal. Maybe make a guide on this rather than a pointless suggestion? That'd be more useful.

    Grave,
You can convert the Ebay Gift Certificate to paypal by making two ebay accounts and buying a fake item you listed.
If you bought an item for $59 and had a $100 gift card.
You would have $41 remaining to spend

This is what I was thinking as well.

This is a great suggestion and all and you should make a guide on how to do it. This way if anyone wants to use your idea they can. This isn't a sythe.org suggestion though.

How bout the guy recovering the account back? The only way to do that is to brainwash the acc seller and kill every single piece of info in his computer and burn his house down to remove any possible info of account.

Runescape accounts aren't the only thing sold on this website.

This suggestion is a good one, but a better alternative is to just make sure that the Paypal you're receiving money from is funding the payment from Paypal balance. It's extremely easy to win disputes.

The Ebay idea is flawed only because it gives people incentive to use stolen Paypals to buy the gift certificates.

The runescape accs were just an example. What I am trying to say is, you always take a risk when you buy/sell things that are not meant to be sold.

WU is safer than Paypal for the seller. Once you send it, you can't get it back. You have to go to a store and pick up a check for the money, and you have to have a passcode that the buyer sends to you.

This is a great idea. It's not completely safe but I think it does reduce the possibility of a scam. Smart idea. I would have never thought of doing something like that.
