Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: During the time of me trying to perform services on these customers accounts, I was having a lot of issues in-real life, which pushed the time back, and i Knew i was not able to get the task done, but did not have the money to refund them. During that time (because of said events) I moved housing, and was financially strapped for cash, so it took me a few weeks to be able to pay them back...Which I ended up paying back in full. I understand i shouldnt have went about it this way and should have not spent money prior to transactions being completed. However, my intention was never to scam, or not perform services as needed.

I apologize for the actions that happened, and not taking work serious. After my ban is lifted, I plan on wiping my name clean, and making sure i can fufill said tasks at a timely manner, so customers will be happy. Like i've mentioned before, I really never meant for it to happen like this and Im extremely sorry.
