Explanation of the trade: Magiq was a staff member on RSR (RuneSilkRoad) he was on multiple jobs at a time. and had access to 1 mule provided by RSR to collect GP on for sales made.
How they scammed: On the morning of 8/20/2021 Magiq was on multiple jobs at once while being on a mule provided by RSR. the mule provided to him only he knew the password as well as the 2 owners me (DD) and Lucas knew login details. We used to do payouts every Friday and his mule was holding the most at the time. I tried to login to the mule he had access to, so i can pay out workers and it said mule was logged in, he has multiple times been on a mule and fallen asleep without logging out before using a client never log plugin. so we assumed he was asleep. some time went by about 3 hrs and i started becoming suspicious and tried reaching out to him because i saw the mule move once while i was paying out from a different mule. the old owners of RSR at the time (Seske) decided to advice me to check the admin logs of the discord and this is what we found (please see screenshot under discord). I had quickly removed all rules from all my staff, changed passwords to all mules, and later found out magiq had stolen the gp from the mule he had access to, and the customers he was working on (only him and the customer knew the account information) he had stolen everything, alched certain untradeable, taken items in wildy and killed the accounts for all their stuff. A previous report had been filed for magiq but it looks like it did not go anywhere for some reason i am not fully clear on and the report was done by a prior owner. So i am filing a new report.

Hi there, from what I can see here it looks like some random discord DM's between someone that is not magiq and the alleged victims claiming that they did work with the accused in private and then left all of their billions of wealth and infernal capes and whatnot on their accounts for this individual to do simple tasks like 50 vorkath kc?

Was there a terms of service agreed to by the customer before the service? Can you show the terms and the moment they agreed to me.

 

Hello, yes these was customers within RSR who did work with us and Magiq was their worker. While Magiq was a worker he was also a staff with us at that time. I have reached out to the customers to see if they still have any pms with him. waiting on a response now

Unfortunately what you have here doesn't prove anything happened, I'd need to see some terms that have been agreed to. I'd also need more proof that a scam actually happened and that magiq was the perpetrator.

 

Hey i am still waiting on 1 of the guys to respond to me the other guy who i got in touch with Nemiz says magiq deleted their chat history. so he never saved anything... I cant get in touch with A$AP Fray or tbowdexkodai and ABC123 has not responded to me.. i cannt pull up any accepted terms as if u see in 1 of the SS i posted magiq had deleted a lot of our channels as he was staff with perms on our discord. so.. thats that...

 

There isn't enough evidence or any evidence suggesting a scam happened here and since this has been open for 3 days+ I'll be closing this report.

If you get solid evidence that a scam actually occurred (Chat logs with the accused showing payment and who had access to the account and the terms), then feel free to open a new report or reach out to me if you have any questions on discord.

I'll say though that;
1. Magiq appears to not be on Sythe and doesn't have an active Sythe account.
2. I'd advise against having users that don't have any Sythe reputation as employees especially after you already addressed concerns with him months ago.
3. When running a discord server, closely monitor and limit who has access to editing and managing the server components.
