IP Banned

Yes, I am ipbanned for Ban Evading. I believe I was banned for posting a Brute Forcer for Steam accounts, A mod closed my topic, I've removed the link and 3 days later I was banned, I Went to dispute my ban, and the next day It said I was ip banned. I don't know if the ban was 100% ban evading, as i only did it to post my ban appeal. Hope my ip wasnt just black listed. I also hope you guys can view this and unipban me because I really didnt do anything bad.
