Nah, I started Runescape when you couldn't play RSC anymore.

 

I was an original runescape beta tester during the December 2000 RuneTek 1 Engine Stability test.

I can pretty much guarantee you that unless your name is Andrew Gower, or you developed the game engine, you have not been playing RuneScape longer than I.

You did not play runescape in 2000.

It was not released until Jan 01..

There were no level 50 pkers to run from during the beta tests.

 

I started playing right when the bunny ears event was on easter 2002 and i still play on the same account,when the number 1 player was bonebreaker6 with like 1400 total.
I remember when i was going with my irl friend in wild to pick up full iron sets from other peoples kills and sell them .. we were like o my gosh we're so rich!

 

you said you where one of the lucky ones to beta test it? if i remember correctly, anyone with a Runescape Membership could have beta tested it :l

 

Been playing since 2002, so yes.

 

Once, for about 10 minutes. I couldn't figure out how to move (lol) so I never went on again. This was like... 2004-2005ish.

 

Unfortunately I made my first account in late 2005.
I'm glad I no longer play Runescape as the people I talk to about it don't seem to recognize that they're addicted to it.

 

No but my friend played it. I made my account in 2004 and after playing for a year I quit and came back in 2006.

I tested the new RSC and tbh I don't like it very much.

I have not, i have always wanted one, but For a long time ago, i had a account with RSC acces, i back then, did not know what this was , it got stolen, and banned. sad, but true, but i am really happy over new update, But, i got a question, Do you only need to login on your accounts one time? and then you got rsc acces? Thanks

 

back in the day they didnt show levels only when the wildy was released , i stayed playing way back in 2000 or 2001 lol . i still had 4 veran accounts , and also have a pure ranger only 85 range. but rsc was very fun i loved it . i played my frineds member account when they swiched to memeber only. old memeries :'(

Your story sounds similar to mine, except I stopped playing in like 2006 and only get on to middleman now. Currently sick of playing MMOs.

 

I played in '01 I guess it was? I don't remember the year but I remember you could pick a class when you started like miner, adventurer and such. And rune 2h's were like 1 mill and everyone had rune longs instead of 2hs. This was before dragon was out. And zonghui was my idol lol.

I started playing runescape almost as soon as rs2 came out so I did not get to play classic much. I remember I used to buy santas for 50k and sell them for 100k though . That's how I made my first mil. I was sooo excited!

 

when i first started it was in the part where you had to have members and it was still available and then i played it once in a while.. i dont think they should have reopened tho

 

I made a rsc acc but I didn't like it @ the time

 

I had played rsc since 01. But I quit around 04, after RSC began to die out. I left most of my stuff on rsc after RS2 came out, but quit for like 2 years in 04, so when I came back, I was saddened to see I couldnt log onto rsc. But now im rsc for life

 

No I didn't but I still think it's better than RS2.
