Alright, so i got him banned a few hours back.
I talked it out with him, and he agreed to refunding me and everyone else.

Basically, he sold a guide to me, it didn't work as well as described, and he sent me another guide instead and refused to refund. Then I figured out his guide was already out on the internet. I talked to him and showed him a video of his guide on youtube, and he agreed to refunding everyone who purchased the guide.

If you check his thread, he as already refunded me and someone else.

His customers are happy regardless (well, except me and maybe a few others) but he promised to refund everyone as long as they come online and talk it out with him.

At first I thought he was scamming me since he gave a lot of shit, but apparently he didn't know the second guide was already thought of. Let me know what you guys think; if he was a scammer he definitely wouldn't want to refund over $50 of guides he has sold.

 

Unless he thinks he can scam more...

Guys, I don't see what the big deal here is. He refused to refund me because he gave me another method instead and I did not want it. Then I found his method online in other places. He agreed to refund me and everyone who he sold the method to since I showed him a video of the method and he realized it was already known.

Regardless of all that, as stated in my PM to jCash, I made 3.6M off the newer method he gave me, which is more than what was promised.

Can a decision be made please?
I'm the person who accused him of scamming, but we worked everything out. The only offense that is left is selling a leaked guide, but as far as I know, he says he did not know it was and he is willing to refund everyone because it is.
