Investing in vials of water.

I was recently thinking of investing all my cash into wf vials, those dropped recently from 230+ to 58gp at the moment and I believe they will still drop. I'm planning on buying like 500k of these, I'm pretty sure they will raise and raise good, I would dump at like 250 (if it went to that ofcourse). Do you guys think this is a good idea? Would this investition pay off?

SHOOT... haha people have discovered my quick no effort required money making skills!
I would buy out ALL the Vial of Water packs, and Vial packs from each shop and then Open all, and sell them for almost pure profit on the GE. I would make only around 100k or so each time, but you just wait for the stock to completely refresh then do it again. Something very useful to do while alching or fletching bolts I must say... but this is hardly worthwhile now with the current prices One thing though, you have to stay logged in for the stock to increase again, you can't just log out...

I would presume this whole thing was done by quite a few people and probably the reason for such a drastic drop in price.

 

Nooo... why didn't i think of that...now it's going to drop even more!

Before you start investing in items, do some research by looking at past and upcoming updates...If your just looking at GE graphs, i can guarantee you that you will lose money the majority of the time

No, no, no, do not invest in them! The reason they are dropping in such a rapid manner is because of the 'Vial of water packs'. If you were to invest all your money into it, I can guarentte you'll lose about half your profit. You'll get nothing out of it.

Offtopic - You could watch like lets say something every one buys, we'll go with runes. Buy like 1M Fire Runes with your money, wait until they go up like 3GP, that's a HUGE profit. My friends did that for a couple of months, they started with around 45M ended with 390M and Party Hats. Trust me.

Well my friend had other friends buy him fire runes and he'd just buy it from them for lowest, because we're good friends like that ;D
Also, it's not a 3M profit it's much more if you buy a lot.

 

w/f vial packs aside, there used to be unlimited stock in shilo village 5 steps from the bank, in comparison to the like 3k stock/day there is now, i'd say its worth investing a few mil because there isn't that many coming into the game a day and they still take a while to buy max.

 

Are you stupid... the packs make it possible to get 1k vials of water in 5 sec.if you do a run around runescape to shop sellers who stock the vials you can easily get 4k+ vials in 10 minutes...
Don't invest in vials of water or eye of newts, you wont get any profit. Most likely you'll lose profit as more people find out about packs. however, buying vial packs are a nice way to earn some small cash.

 

Are you stupid? you can get those 4k vials every 24 hours, whereas before the shop updates you could get about 40k every 24 hours? fact is there is LESS coming into the game and MORE being used because of the herblore update and the rush of people buying 99 herblore, idiot lol.

 

OMG, how did i not realize this. The majority of RS population bots vials of water everyday for 24 hours! Seriously, now that I've learned this, i will invest ALL my money and MAKE 10 times my original investment. OMG, thanks Zak for telling me that only 1/10th of the original demand is available now...
