    That being said.. This is a pretty fail guide for Jagex Fails. Please try to write something innovative and different. I've seen way too many of these guides.

    Maybe work on a guide that people need to use? You've explained only one type of pushup, maybe go into diamond push ups, etc. Overall, I'm sure many people know how to do a pushup. Think of a better guide for next time.

    diamond pushups are not really pushups as they work your triceps rather than chest.

    They work both but they focus on triceps a lot more =p

    a guide for push ups is kinda moronic... It's basically like making a guide to jumping jacks.

    It barely even works your arms, kinda getting tired of these dipshits making trashy workout guides

    This guide is written poorly.

    You could show people different type of pushups and how to them. You could tell people when to do them. You can also tell us if there are any exerices we should do before we start working out. You could also tell us what foods we should avoid if we wanna get muscles. In the end, there are too many of these guides out there anyway.

    Find it quite ironic, Someone who failed the UE application is giving advice on a guide? Lol.

    Anyway for pure pressups i suppose its not bad. If you want a challenge do a complete guide on training. Which would include: Diet, Sets, Excercises, Weight/Lift. The Whole lot :D

    I didn't fail because of my guides. And anyone can give advice regardless. I don't mind if he goes on my guides and gives me advice, if it's good I'll take it.

    Sorry but there is alot more to muscles than just doing push-ups.
    You should have named this guide " the guide to push-ups "
    Not the guide to muscles(push-ups).

    I'm sorry, but I don't find this guide good. I rate it a 3/10 because to most people, including me doing a proper push up is fairly straightforward and eays. Pointlesss guide.

    Guys you can get more reps into this. We do these at wrestling practice but we go from 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10
