i bought these headphones new this summer, and have used them a few times since then, but there's really no sign of use on them.
the only problem with these headphones, is that they're missing the battery cover, and i lost the original cord, which i may be able to find.
however, it does come with a working cord.
new, these are 299.99-349.95 USD, + tax.

these headphones are fully functional, and still work as well as the day i bought them.
