ok. ive noticed this alot now.

when someone on here gets banned for scamming. you only ban there account.
which allows them to make another, and then start scamming on here. which reveals why theres never an end to these scammers.

im suggestioning when someone be banned for scamming, there ip be banned. not there account. this will prevent SCAMMERS from returning!

we do this very often, then they just come back by using a proxy or changing their IP..

Also, many accounts have tons of IPs associated with them... Which change constantly... So IP bans are kinda worthless.... >_>.

You have to realise, they can use a proxy to get through. It's just like on a school network, they block certain sites, yet you can get through via a Proxy.

I believe they DO IP ban, but it's very easy to use proxys and change your IP address.

Exactly, and banning an IP might mean banning multiple accounts that use the same IP and this could make a lot of havoc.

No support, Because "IP BAN" does not exist anymore if you looked up proxy or IP changer software. You would be surprised.

on top of that baning an IP that could be tied with someone else's IP could be a problem. Its possible to have a 192.168.0.2 IP address and someone have a 192.168.0.3 IP address and since they are very similar both would be blocked well when I was taking vocational school.

as far as my opinion goes. I could be wrong.

    This would not be effective.
And i find it kind of ironic how you are banned now.
