    EDIT: card has to have over $1.95 usd in it to verify paypal. My b. Thanks 1227

    Need one to verify my paypal acc and send money. The business im buying from requires me to be verified so...yeah.

    I can give you a vouch and $3 via paypal after I get the number and exp date and stuff because obviously I cannot send money without being verified.

    Then again... adding a credit card won't verify your PayPal.

    The only methods of verifying a PayPal is applying and getting approved for the PayPal credit card and/or adding a bank account.
