My ban dispute 2

Just wanted to add something to my last ban dispute.

I talked to benwise on MSN, and apparently the reason I was banned is because it was thought that he was using the account as a payment for something. I just read over my post again, and it does look like that's what happened from reading it. I should've went into detail more in my post. Anyways, I'll explain it more here.

The guy messaged me asking if I could train him from 60-70 Strength (because I was advertising my skilling service). He expected me to do it for free for him, and I told him I required PayPal as payment for it. After that we just started talking for a while, and then randomly he says "Hey do you want my account? I'm quitting RuneScape." This is what gave it away to me that he was trying to get me to train his account up and then recover it. He wouldn't ask me to train his account for him if he was actually quitting RuneScape.

Anyways, I said yes and got the information for the account. I decided to screw him over like he was trying to do to me, and got the account Defence, dropped the bank, and posted the information on Sythe.

I see why I was banned now after talking to people and reading through my post again, but it was just a misunderstanding. I'd also like to reiterate the fact that I don't think this kid was even from Sythe. I still didn't scam him, but if I did, I don't think it would matter. As Unb4nn3d said, there's no thread or message or anything linking this to Sythe. I did reserve a post in me and Mattjew's skilling service, but I had not put any information such as how to contact me, what skills i was training, etc. There are no PM's coming from this account to him to confirm I am who I say I am, anything like that. I'm fairly sure he's someone I met before my Sythe days because I don't remember adding him at all.

I'd also like to point out that I've done over 50 trades in my short stay at Sythe. I doubt that makes much of a difference, but not even a week ago I sold my account to "Guide" for $60 which went smoothly. I wouldn't scam somebody for a service that I'd charge probably $10 for. I also sold another good account not too long ago, a Quest Cape account with 20M+ on it. He still has ownership of the account and I have no intentions on recovering either one, even if I remain banned from Sythe.

So yea, sorry for posting another dispute, but I felt there was a lot of information I left out of the last one. I'd really like to be unbanned, as Sythe is what I used to buy anything I need and sell things when I need PayPal. I haven't talked to too many people here, but I have made a couple good friends. I'll even take a temp ban or something for wasting you guys' (mods) time. I should've been more specific in the thread I was banned for.

Oh, and about Yo123. I really don't think he should be banned. Even if I had scammed the account (which I didn't), I said in the thread (or tried to anyways) that it was given to me and I chose to mess it up. Nowhere in the thread did it say "Hey guys I scammed this account, wanna help me mess it up?" and therefore he had no reason to believe it was scammed.

Hopefully we can get this cleared up soon.
