You are a good guide writer, i think you should stick to it, it is quite hard on the eyes though, try changing your font and colours.

    This guide is a joke...
allow me to make some corrections/commentary: ;)
Actually, <span> would be the completely empty tag. <div> is just it's homosexual partner that create a logical paragraph division in the page.
    Basically:
    Code:
    <span style="display:block"> = <div>
    amirong?

Correction: Table is the most useful HTML tag ever since <HYPE>. It's an automatic organizational object much better than that <ul><li> junk, fully customizable, and confuses the hell out of those pesky web crawlers (SEO is gayfashion, anonsite is win).
    http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/tut/tut21.html

Correct, <frame> is queer. But <iframe> is frickin' web 2.0 madshit amazing! It provides in-frame page loading for which there is no substitute. There are countless pages and services made by internet kings that use iframes (gmail being one). But obviously, for anything other than dynamic content, it'd be a pain as you said.

Also, you forgot to cover other important and essential tags... like <marquee> and <blink>...
