How to make something awesome with EGGS

In this tutorial I will show you how to make some sort of a sweet creamy thing with EGGs. (It's very good)



What do I need?

- Eggs
- Sugar
- Container
- Blender or an Electric Whisk
- Sexiness


How to make it?

- Take your egss and crack them open.

- Empty the egg white into one container and the yolk in another.

- Take the container with the egg white and put in the blender. (If your using an electric whisk then keep it in the container.)

- If you used the blender then start mixing the egg white inside of the blender until it becomes sorta creamy like whip cream. (You don't want it liquidy) If your using a whisk then just start mixing in the container until it becomes creamy like whip cream.

- Once it's whip cream like then go ahead and add sugar in there. I would suggest adding allot of sugar to make it taste better.

- Once you finish adding the sugar then go ahead and start whisking/blending again for a minute or so.

- After that just empty it out in to something and eat it.


**** For the yolk just do the same thing but don't wait for it to become whip cream like, just make sure it's not super liquidy.****

 

What kind of food could you top this with?

 

Anything you want really, I just like eating it without topping it on anything.

I really have no idea on how to explain it, but it doesn't taste eggy.

I still don't fully understand how that works. That's just eggs with sugar I was expecting it to be more like...

- Separate the yolk
- Mix yolk with sugar
- Add some half and half
- More sugar til it's not watery
- Maybe some chocolate powder

^ I've tried that before and it tastes decent. I never tried it with the egg whites though :huh:

The thing about the egg white is it becomes very whip creamy and it tastes amazing with sugar. I sometimes add chocolate milk powder in it to give it some more taste. You can do whatever you want with it really.

Done this and it does taste crazy. Like I said before in MSN, this is a base for cakes and what not and these add the light sugary taste and puffiness when baking (so is the baking soda)

 

I'll be sure to try this around Christmas time when I make eggnog. The recipe and instructions seem easy enough to be done by somebody with very little experience cooking, and the end result does look pretty tempting.

You might, however, want to add something in it about using pasteurized eggs, though, so that can eliminate the risk of getting salmonella from eating this.

Would this go good with Ice Cream or Apple pie, if it doesn't taste like eggs...Maybe malts?

 

ice cream probably not, if you freeze meringue it usually come out hard as a rock.
