Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: What Zora said is true. I had been in isolation for 28 days, from my new job, there has been few positive covid-19 cases. Currently waiting on all clear to work again or not yet.

Anything else you wish to say: I agree with TOS with Zora and understand. If I didn't have to isolate I would of bought it and would of been finalized but isolation for 28 days in hotel put me put of pocket for $4800 and that's with discount..
Also to add, I had no contact method for the Isolation period.

Please explain as in why you don't feel confident why my trading practises will improve? I barely make trades on Sythe and when I do they are successful with the 2 years+ I've been with Sythe. 2 years+ with Sythe and this is my first dealing with staff. I don't see any trading practises breached within my 2 years with Sythe. So I do feel confident with my trading practises despite the TWC with reason I have. I don't ask for vouchers but I do vouch the relevant parties. I use Sythe as a source to see what is out there for prices and to buy, not any business affiliated for myself.

No support this time. Based on your dispute, I don't feel confident that your trading practices will improve. If you demonstrate over the next month some vouches and/or positive feedback, I would be willing to support next time.
