How to stop yourself being scammed when buying steam accounts!

somebody can help me? i trying to change my password and my e-mail, but always show this : "Steam cannot currently process your request. Please try again later."

What can i do?

 

guys i followed all steps but my accounts still got retrieved, wtf?

 

because its useless to change, owner gets it always back with orig. cd key...

we should add a section explaing how proof of purchase works lol

 

Yo, this is a bad guide lol because you can recover your account easily when your bought games on it with the serial number then its back for you in like 20 minutes lol

 

these guys wouldn't happen to be banned because they scammed right?

i notice even the guy who posted the guide is banned.

 

check my thread, where im selling some steam accs, got original email on them, will give cd key info to buyer...

 

Good guide, not so many are creative enough to contact steam.
