    The lighting on the head is in the wrong place. It's one of your best clearly. The smudges on the right shoulder are a bit strong also. Just fix those things.

    I don't really know alot, but I think you should move it abit to the left, just past his hair, near the green bit.

    I don't like how he blends into the background, it's slightly fake, maye a c4d/clipping mask/space stock to cover it up?

    And the lighting remarks are right, move the lighting about 20px left.
