What languages do you know?

Oh yeah you're right to see most Java programmers follow it as well.

It's not worth the trouble really, I just think it'd be nice if at least a few good languages used the same conventions.. it might just lead towards them being adopted even more.

 

Java (I pretty much translate my C# thoughts..)
C#(My Main)
C (Sometimes when I'm using Linux)
Lua (Finally embedded it into C#!)
J# (Same thing...)
VB.NET
ASP (Using C#/VB)
HTML (duh..)
Python (Started Out on this)
And some others that are more like little Scripting languages.. such as AutoIt, SCAR.. etc

 

Java, C, C++, PHP, XHTML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl, Pascal, Python, Assembly, shellcode, Batch (if you consider that a language), SQL, and *nix Shell

I'm currently in a C++ class in college, knew enough Java to make a simple Quadratic graphing program, C a few years ago as my first language, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, and PHP when I made simple web pages, Batch and *nix shell to make a one-stop for some routines I used once in awhile (usually used grep to simplify information in Linux), and Assembly (as well as shellcode, such as egg hunters and connect-backs) is needed whenever I'm looking to make an 0day, and (used to) use Perl and (now) Python to write the exploits.

Visual basic 06-.net, c#, c++, python and some java.
That's my programming experience so far.

 

I was self-taught HTML, and I took a college course in Visual Basics.
