    Disputing my TWC
    Hello, i got a TWC for not posting on a home IP and im not sure how i can do that. I live in northern Wisconsin and dont dont have access to "quality" high speed internets, so i hotspot from my phone. This is why i play runescape tbh lol it doesn't require a very fast connection. If i cant its not the end of the world but it kinda sucks posting about looking like a jackass :p lol

    Unfortunately sir we require users to post from a home IP at least once to remove their TWC.
