No, you have to PM a mod with the guide to have them verify it.

He PM'ed me his "guides" to verify them. Unfortunately they were completely plagiarized methods which don't even work.

 

If R2Pleasent isn't enough, I MM'd a trade with his guides today. One of them had a clear signature from someone else named Jakeval. He is either ripping guides or reselling other people's guides.
