    Scamme by Wackysicko
    I send this guy $18 to buy some Neopoints (3mil), and this guy tells me he doesn't want to send me the Neopoints because he doesn't want to get "frozen" for sending it to me... He's not refunding my money and he is not sending me the Neopoints either, please help..
