These determinates my prices:
Hitpoints lvl: Not much
Range lvl: the main thing
Defence: Yup this is usefull
Prayer: 43 is enuff, But moar the better
Gear: Well..... 55 slayer would be nice for cheap bolts....

And you are high lvl main and want a cape to enjoy its benefits? Rich or poor doesnt matter
