Also, I know jagex patched the whole dragonstone thing, but i noticed that the price for them went from 50k to 1.5k toks in the gem store. Is this just when there are none in stock or even when sold?

if they repatched it so that the dragonstones are 1.5k toks, that could be the single easiest method.
