Vouch and post count forum access threads.

Hey, being on many diffrent forums i have seen a very similar method to cut down the scammers, this would to have new users "contribute" to the sythe community via a donation or doing free services for vouches until they have 15 then they will allowed into the black market threads, they must also have a post count of atleast 250, this will cut back on scammers alot.
