I'm sure the account won't be banned, but cannot ensure that it won't be as far as refunds will go. If you were to buy any 99hp 26 combat account, or similar, you would be taking the same risk, but I don't think you'll have that problem.

Aud is not really what I'm looking for, but if you can transfer it to USD we may be able to work something out, add me on msn.
