Quickest 99 skills.

If you usually get slower xp, chat/surf on internet while doing most of your xp, then you probably wont get this much xp + some of these xp/h-s are meant if you're like 90+ in these skills (pyramid plunder, hunting)

if you're rich then:
herblore (with just adding seconds to unfinished pots, 400-600k xp/h)
construction (mahogany tables, ~500k xp/h)
fletching (adamant arrows, ~360k xp/h)
crafting (black d'hide bodies, ~350k xp/h)
cooking (wines, ~350k xp/h)
smithing (addy plates, ~220k xp/h)

Not including summoning because of charms and prayer because of the nonstop fast clicking (I personally couldn't do it over 180k xp/h)

When saving money then:

cooking (sharks, ~240k xp/h)
thieving (pyramid plunder, ~230k xp/h)
fletching (mage longs (u), ~180k xp/h)
firemaking (maple logs, ~150k xp/h)
hunter (red chins, 90-100k xp/h

firemaking
fletching

Listing starting with the fastest:
1. Ranging- Red Chins give 300k per hour.
2. Thieving- At levels 75+ you can manage 250k xp per hour at the Menaphite Thugs.
3. Cooking- This can be equally fast as the above two if you make win, 250-300k per hour, but with a loss of 200+ per wine.
4. Fletching- At higher levels you can get extremely fast xp with Magic Longs (I don't know xp rate as I don't fletch very often)
5. Crafting- This is extremely expensive if you make Dragon hide armor, but fast. (I don't know the xp rate for this either because I only crafted for Vengeance.)

Herblore is the fastest skill

1-99 herblore with the right massive amount of money can be done in 2 days,Just check Runetracker's Herblore tables for 1 day exp

 

firemaking i got mine in around 2 weeks.

 

Fletching with 500k/ph method.

 

I no-lifed cooking and got it in 4 days.

 

All depends on if you have the money and requirements ect. to actually get from 1-99 with all the items/money needed then it could be a lot of things. Fletching, cooking are easy but not the fastest. Con is really fast but hella expensive.

i srsly dont understand y EVERYONE says firemaking is easy, its not, i have 99 fm

you have to pay 100% to game to do 99 firemaking. cooking, fletching, and woodcut u can easily do other thing, lol, right now im cooking and posting at same time right now, cant do that with fm

 

When i got my 99 is was probably fletching

fletching is the easiest
i got 56 fletching in less then one day nonstop playing but i spent alotta money
