Explanation of the trade:
I found his server through sythe in october.
and bought an account from him vouch here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/palomo/page-2#post-54850623
The account got locked a few days after i bought it due to a false ban from location swap, or irregular playing time idk, but it was quashed..
I asked him to unlock it on the 5th october..

How they scammed:
Can't unlock the account, was waiting for about 1 month, then gave up, but as there is an open report on him, i would like to chime in too. He couldn't unlock the account, nor did the recovery info that he gave me work.
I asked for a refund as his TOS states:
'3. Customer will receive support for 4 weeks with unlocking & recoveries (not responsible for any lost wealth) also if something does happen to the account I'm willing to recover it for you during this 4 weeks period. I'm not giving you a refund. Just helping u recover it.'

but he cannot unlock it so surely it voids it all.

He has tried to offer me other alternatives: for example he offered to make me an account, but no where near similar (will do bgloves and ds2, the other account had all that done, was max melee and 1900 total).
He then offered to do some work on an account for me, and got me some favour on kourend, 50-60 range and also did animal magnetism, but during him working, the account was banned - I am happy to count this work towards what he owes me as bans happen and I accept that

Now, I only want a refund or the account in question returned to me.

I wrote this report back in October, and think i changed all the info to be relevent to today, but sorry if there are any timing mistakes.

@PartyBonds came online several times and chose to ignore staffs requests on his reports. He can explain himself in a dispute.
