Are 4 letter names rare?

Hey guys i was just wondering if 4 letter names are rare?

cause i just got 2 and was wondering if their worth anything

Not right now cause there are sites that generate 4 letter names.

Maybe in the future, they will get very rare.

Depends on what 4 letter names you have. If they are common words(ex: book, cage, tree) then they would be considered rare. If they are just random combinations of letters/numbers/both, most likely they aren't. =o

There are 456,976 possible 4 letter combination's, NOT including Numbers.
Nowhere NEAR rare, and will never be.

 

They said 3 letter names would never be rare, I gess they were wrong so they Could be but like way in the future.

 

You cannot even compare the two situations:
With 3 letters there are only 26^3 or 17,576 combination's, as opposed to the 456,976 possible 4 letter combination's - 26 times the ammount of names.

 

I got about 50 of them from a generator.

I have to say that they are not.
