Hello. I planned to buy a RuneScape transferring guide for $3 via paypal, and he would provide the transferring guide. I specifically asked beforehand if it was a certain guide known as the 'tribal method' (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=669051&highlight=tribal). He said no, and that he would refund my purchase if it was a well known guide. I sent him the paypal money, and he provided me with, surprise surprise, the 'tribal method'. I immediately told him that I was going to report him if he did not send back my money, and he blocked me on msn.
