Help me to 45-50 in Dubz

Hey would anyone be willing to boost or just play with me until I'm somewhere in the range of 45-50 in Team Doubles?
Currently Im a 40, used to be 41.

I'd be willing to give up another account thats highest skill 40 in LW and has like 100 something games.
I know its not much. :/
I just atleast want to be a 45, I know I could but this would make it much easier/faster.
