About Us said:

inFate was first established back in October of 2007 as an FPS team for a Korean game, "Special Force". Prior to this, however, I was an avid Runescape player, like many young kids at the time. Long story short, my FPS days are limited, especially with college now, so I decided to open up a Runescape business and get some extra money on the side. Feel free to ask me any questions on my all expense paid trip to Shanghai, China to play an FPS game!

According to this link you can get from 25 (8,000 xp) to 89 using 100 at a time.
