scammed by "ßoom"

i went first and supplied info to my account:

and he wanted me to cancel my recoveries or he wasnt paying so i did:

he said he was gunna pay me when it accepted the cancel so i kept checking back on it and when it finally changed he wasnt on msn anymore so he is evading me :

and not paying i know he hasnt been away from the computer as he is still active on sythe forums
its been around a week now, he blocked me and i recovererd account.

 

Sorry mate, chat logs are not counted as proof on Sythe.

 

can i send the xml file to you or something because i didnt take any pics of the chat as he didnt actually scam me until he didnt reply for ages.. and i had closed the convo ,
what other ways can i prove he scammed me?
