Why I should be a User Educator

I believe I should be a User Educator because I am a strong advocate of interdependent learning, the idea that each one of us has something to bring to the table and teach others. My guides and responses to others' questions are detailed, thorough, and accurate. My goal is not only to answer the questions that others may have, but to encourage them to pursue their own curiosity and interests. I want to change the way users interact with the UE Team: create an experience that doesn't mirror a Q and A session, but rather an experience that feels like a one on one tutor session. I strive to help users feel comfortable about asking questions and trusting others to provide them with answers. Since Sythe is a community, I feel as if it's constantly growing and developing. It would be a great honor and privilege to be part of Sythe's present and future. I will meet the high expectations that accompany the responsibilities of being on the team and will always be there for our flourishing Sythe community.

Random reflections for User Education
It's been a month since I applied for the first time, and in this month it's unbelievable how much the term User Education has changed in meaning for me. In the beginning I thought it was a title. A title that showed how well known, respected, and knowledgeable you were. When I first began making my application, I thought it was about the guides. I saw the guides of the accepted applications, and noticed they were at a completely different level than others. Thus, I sought to create the highest quality guides I possible could. To date, I am proudest of my Steam Trading Bible as clearly the best of my guides. However, when my first application got rejected, I noticed the Help and Requests section for the very first time. Questions are posted daily, and are answered promptly, but I feel that answers lack the same quality that users put into guides. Some of the answers lack intelligent formatting, proper grammar, and accuracy. They lack effort and thoroughness. Most of all, the forum lacks moderation. I hope to change all this.
