The iPods have to be at least in working condition.
The iPhone has to be able to allow different wireless network to be able to use it [I have At&T but I'm not sure if it'll work on an iPhone]

I'm skeptical about your "method" only because you would offer cash if it was actually as "flawless" as you say.
